    Does this work with a HomeBase 2? I currently have a doorbell, outdoor camera and a motion sensor on my garage door all connected to the Homebase 2 and accessible form the Eufy App on my phone.

    I find the Eufy product range very confusing to work out what actually works with what. I would like to be able to configure the automation in the Eufy app to start recording from this camera when the garage door motion sensor is open. Or does this record 24/7 anyway because it's wired?

    It records 24/7 via an SD card or to the Homebase 3.

    Unfortunately it doesn’t support HomeKit seems they are removing this feature from their newer cameras to focus on their Homebase 3. You can access via smart displays using Alexa or Google Assistant.

    The C220 is very new - general release April 2024. Almost no comparison reviews yet. E220 has wider field of view and works woth Homekit. C220 may not work with Homekit and there may not be same entity detection as the E220

    Can this be set to record only when it picks up dogs? I’ve got a repeat offender who allows the dog to keep pooing outside my garden and never clears up after it! 😡

    I got this and also left my review on the Eufy page:

    Very Disappointing...
    1) No pet detection like older C120 cameras.
    2) Not fully compatible with HomeBase 3 - Can record to it but no bionic features, so not FULLY compatible like website says.
    3) Auto Night vision on/off threshold too sensitive (can hear it clicking on and off in low light with TV on, did not happen with older C120 cameras).
